Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The property is set in a restricted traffic area. On Saturdays and Sundays, the area is pedestrian only. You can reach the property via taxi and bus. Please note, the elevator is reached via three steps. Please note that the cleaning service with complete change of linen is provided for stays of 5 nights or more. The final cleaning is always included. Please note that as requested by the Municipality of Bologna, the Air Conditioning system is in operation only from May to September, while the independent heating system is on from October to April.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
